I’m Hannah Olsen, RP

Providing counselling services in Newmarket, Ontario for individuals, couples, and families.


I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest—even in the parts that feel hardest to say out loud.

My approach is compassionate and client-led, allowing us to slow down and gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Together we create a space that feels steady and unhurried—where you don’t have to have it all figured out or find the “right” words. My work is informed by evidence-based approaches including CBT, attachment-based, and family systems therapy.

I walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. I also specialize in supporting children and adults with ADHD.

I value time in nature, movement, and the small often silly, joy-filled rhythms of life with my family—things that help me stay grounded and present in the work I do.
